Here's a Great TIP - Never Buy Neck Rings Again,

Finish painting your Doll Parts first.

Before you assemble the parts,

Paint the Flanges of the Doll Head and Doll Limbs.

(Use a Q-tip, so you can toss it away)

Make sure you let it dry well before assembling the kit.

This dry super glue makes a slippery surface for limbs to twist and turn easily.
