Use Ultimate Fusion Air Dry Dewy Skin to fill any pin hole in vinyl. It works great
3D Dewy Skin - (Use by the drops)
Boosts skins realism as well as adds texture.
It is a product designed to boost the details in the translucent skin you have created.
Use a torn off wedge to add texture.And use a Flat Wedge Sponge for No Texture with a smooth feel and look.
3D Dewy Skin: Use this product to create the perfect Dewiness seen on real newborn skin. Use this product alone and use a textured sponge to add a pattern for added depth on the face.To create a smoother and softer feel on the limbs, dilute 3D Dewy Skin with (Ultimate Fusion Sealer ratio 1:1)
If you do not like dewy appearance but like the 3D appearance, use Shine Remover to remove the dewy look.
Alternatively you can add Matte Concentrate to the mixture (this will dull down the 3D texture).
DO NOT exceed a ratio of more then 1:1 medium to water.
Quick Note - Dewy Skin works great to use on Pin Holes in vinyl.

Dewy Skin is a texture medium designed to create a realistic 3D texture with a slight sheen, perfect for achieving that dewy, newborn baby skin look.
** Application Instructions: **
1. Prepare Your Sponge: Tear the top off a sponge to create a textured surface. Dampen it with distilled water, then squeeze out any excess water.
2. Application Process:
- Apply medium to a damp sponge or apply directly to the kit with a brush.
- Gently pounce the sponge over the desired area on your doll’s surface.
- For best results, apply a small amount at a time, ensuring the texture is visible before allowing to drying.
3. Layering for Effect:
- 3D Dewy Skin is buildable; apply in layers to achieve your desired look.
- Allow each layer to dry for **20-30 minutes** before applying the next layer, to help prevent a sticky finish.
** Adjusting the Sheen: **
- Reducing Shine: If the dewy effect is too strong, mix a few drops of Matte Concentrate with 3D Dewy Skin and pounce lightly over the kits. Alternatively, dilute Matte Concentrate with a few drops of distilled water, and pounce over the kits with a torn sponge.
** Troubleshooting Tackiness: **
- If your final result feels tacky or sticky even after curing for a few days:
- Apply Matte Extreme with a torn sponge over the tacky areas.
- Alternatively, use a small amount of Mod Podge with a torn sponge to reduce tackiness.
