Our website computer is programmed to know the weights of all items in your shopping cart, plus the weight of packing material and boxes.

With that information, it can show you the exact shipping fee for your order once it knows where you are

(and before you pay).

There are very few websites (if any) that can do that for you with the speed and accuracy that we can.

This is the cheapest way to send a parcel that is under 4 pounds in weight.

This IS INSURED and YOU CAN TRACK your package online.

5-8 Business Days  -- *EMI*   'Express Mail International'

All shipping times are an ESTIMATION ONLY given to us by the United States Postal Service.
Although they quote 5-8 days for Express Mail International (EMI) and 6-10 days for Priority Mail International (PMI); We estimate you should add 1-2 days to their estimate for Express Mail International (EMI) and 3-5 days for Priority Mail International (EMI).

These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery times.

Once your order ships, we no longer have control over it.
Your order total DOES NOT cover any import fees/taxes your country may charge you when the order arrives.
Please check with your local customs and/or Postal Office for this information.

We ARE NOT responsible for Lost or Stolen shipments.

All international orders have an added fee calculated into the shipping total to cover the added paperwork involved, the CC and PP fees on the shipping amount.

SUGGESTION: Having dolls removed from their original boxes helps save on shipping weight and in-turn on shipment costs.

Shipping many items at one time costs less than shipping several different times, so be sure and order everything you need.

For legal and insurance reasons, we are required to claim the full value of the order on all customs documents for all international shipments. This value is the price you paid for the order, not including shipping. .

If you have a concern about the amount of customs fees that you may be charged, please contact your local authorities.

Customs fees are a tax levied by your country, and "DollsbySandie, LLC" has no control over them, nor any knowledge of what they might be.

Please do not ask us to mark the item as a "Gift"  or with a lower value.
